The Latest Technology

We are obsessed with new technologies that improve our patients experience. That’s why we have invested in state-of-the-art equipment that makes dental procedures of the highest quality, faster and more comfortable for you. Check back soon to keep updated with our latest additions.

3D Cone Beam CT Imaging

We offer 3D Cone Beam CT imaging as part of our general examination. We want you to receive the best dental care possible, that’s why we invested in the latest technology in dental diagnostics, the Orthophos S 3D Dental Conebeam.

This 14 second scan offers a large volume for every display type – 3D, panorama, CEPH, and cross sectional (TSA) slices with smaller radiation than that produced by medical CT. The radiation is the equivalent of 4 bitewing x-rays.

The Cone Beam 3D image allows for:

  • Locating the origin of pain or pathology.

  • Cephalometric analysis.

  • Quick, easy and comfortable scan of the mouth, face and jaw

  • Immediate virtual diagnosis and treatment planning in one visit

  • More security and less time during surgery

  • Lowest radiation possible

  • Detailed examination of the teeth

  • Health of sinus and airways

  • Diagnosing temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ).

  • Accurate placement of dental implants

  • Determining bone structure and tooth orientation (such as wisdom teeth)

Primeprint 3d printer

As part of our expansion, we’re excited to be able to use the PrimePrint 3D printer which represents a new way for us to streamline our laboratory processes by bringing more of our work in-house. Using our scanners to take a digital impression we can design and print models for everything from whitening trays, retainers, and nightguards to surgical guides and temporary crowns/bridges within a matter of hours. By bringing these new technologies closer to home, we can continue to provide our patients with personalized treatment options which they and we are happy with.

iTero Element Plus 3d SCANNER

We’re proud to offer another goop-free, fully digital impression with the revolutionary iTero® Element plus 3D Scanner. Not only is a digital impression more comfortable, it’s also much more accurate. The scanner takes an incredibly detailed impression of your teeth and gums. Once the scan is complete, We will then have a 3D model of your mouth that can be used to create detailed crowns, bridges, implants, and Invisalign® clear aligners and retainers. Want to see what your teeth would look like straightened? We can do that too! This digital accuracy eliminates the need to retake impressions, keeping your time in the chair to an absolute minimum.

Gemini Laser

With the Gemini Laser, we are able to provide a minimally invasive option when you’re facing gum surgery or other oral issues. It is quick and reduces healing time and discomfort for our patients.

It combines the optimal melanin absorption of an 810 nanometer wavelength laser with the optimal water absorption of a 980 nanometer wavelength laser.

Making this futuristic and ultra versatile device able to perform over two dozen different procedures in the comfort & convenience of our Bondi Junction clinic.

Medifuge Centrifuge

Centrifuge CGF dental bondi junction.jpg

The Medifuge Centrifuge allows us to produce platelet rich plasma and obtain concentrated growth factors in our dental clinic. Until now, its use has been confined to the hospital setting. This was due mainly to the cost of separating the platelets from the blood and the large amount of blood needed to produce a suitable quantity of platelets. New technology permits us to harvest and produce a sufficient quantity of platelets from only a small blood sample drawn from the patient in our clinic. With this technology we can now graft bone with more predictable and faster results.

Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, more data is captured in higher resolution and quickly processed, in perfect sharpness and with outstanding precision, which allows it to easily scan from single-tooth to full-arch treatments. Making your next digital scan quicker, more accurate and precise.

We are proud to present our own in house ceramic studio, CEREC® MCXL. With this advanced system, we can quickly restore damaged teeth, using permanent natural-colored ceramic restorations. These are anti-abrasive and plaque resistant.

In about an hour, chipped and discolored teeth can be repaired using porcelain crowns and veneers. Broken down molars can be restored using inlays and onlays, meaning unsightly silver fillings are a thing of the past.

Computer-Guided Implant Assessment and Placement

Dental implant planning can be completed more effectively and implants can be placed with extreme accuracy to minimise post-surgical pain and trauma and ensure the ideal functional and aesthetic result.

Dental implants can be placed far more precisely to maximise success rates and reduce recovery times. This technology makes it possible and safe to place implants without raising a flap, all but eliminating postoperative pain and swelling. The same technology makes it possible to place teeth on your implants on the same day if that is required.

Low radiation digital X-rays

We are able to review your x-rays much faster than before through the use of digital x-rays. These x-rays can be developed much faster than traditional x-rays and you are exposed to 80-90% less radiation. This makes it much safer for you, as well as our dental professionals.

The images can be enlarged and displayed on a computer screen, enabling us to review them with you easily. Digital x-rays give us a highly detailed view of your teeth, helping us to give you a more accurate diagnosis so that we can customise an appropriate treatment plan for any issues that may be found.

Intra-Oral Camera

An intra-oral camera is a small tool that we use to show you what we are looking at inside your mouth. The camera is able to take high-quality photos of your teeth and gums, which will then be magnified and displayed on a computer monitor for you to see.

Our dentists will use the images to see your teeth in greater detail, making it easier to identify potential issues. The photos will also help us to explain our diagnosis, our treatment and give you a greater understanding of any problem areas.

Noise Cancelling Headphones

We can also provide you with a pair of our Bose QuietComfort wireless noise cancelling headphones.

These headphones continuously measure, compare and react to outside noise - then cancels it with the opposite signal to make quiet sound quieter and music sound better. This works to stop any noise from our equipment interrupting you during your visit, whist you enjoy your favorite show or movie on Netflix.

Smile Imaging

Smile Imaging involves taking a digital photograph of you, then using our computer software to show you what you could look like after cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening, porcelain dental veneers, or Invisalign®. This will give you the opportunity to give us feedback on anything that you want to improve prior to the procedure. It also means that any necessary adjustments can be made for results that meet your goals and expectations. Smile imaging can provide you a much clearer idea of the potential results.
